Procurement Assistance

Validation of medical equipment list to confirm options and accessories, development of procurement/delivery/installation schedule, review and analysis of vendor packages, purchase order issuance and schedule monitoring. Includes meeting/s with owner to confirm approach and processes. May include bidding support, assistance with requisitions and other tasks required of the project.  Our team will provide procurement-ready medical equipment list, schedule and responsibilities matrix.

Medical Equipment Planning

Development of medical equipment list and budget in support of the project program. Includes on-site meetings with user groups, MEP/S coordination, vendor coordination and RFI support during construction administration. May also include mock-up support or other tasks required of the project.

 Deliverables: Preliminary and revised medical equipment list and budget, meeting minutes, cut sheets and medical equipment specifications.

Medical Equipment Placement Drawings

Development of initial and refined equipment placement drawings. Includes BIM coordination, vendor drawing incorporation, synchronization with medical equipment list and QA/QC list against drawings. Our team will provide final placement drawing coordinated with new space.

Existing Equipment Reuse Assessment

Survey of existing equipment and development of existing equipment list to facilitate the re-use decision-making process. Includes on-site meetings with key stakeholders. Our team will provide Preliminary and revised existing equipment lists as well as photograph catalog of surveyed equipment

Logistics Services

Coordination of delivery and installation of new and existing medical equipment. Includes development of comprehensive site logistics, tracking and receiving of equipment received at job site, coordination and documentation of returns and damaged items, and organizing and participating in vendor meetings and on-site readiness. May also include strategizing with warehouse/third-party logistics vendor, tagging, electrical safety and biomed checks, and final punch list and corrective action plan. Our team will provide New equipment delivery and installation schedule, existing equipment relocation and phasing plans, storage/staging/assembly plan, assembly of warranty information, equipment punch list and corrective action plan.

Build out of space for new equipment

Provide construction oversight to the development of the new space to ensure infrastructure is designed and built to meet the requirements of the new medical equipment. Includes construction management, meetings with stakeholders, design team, and contractor, addressing any equipment items that are required such as power, shielding, placement, inspection, and occupancy of new clinical space. Our team will provide site visits, meeting minutes, and progress photos of new build out and equipment installation.
